Come for the climbing.
Stay for the Mediterranean lifestyle.

CLIMBING, COACHING AND PROGRESSION - 8 DAYS
At this climbing retreat, you won't remember every piece of advice we give you. You'll remember the route that looked impossible on Monday and somehow felt natural by Friday.
The swim after climbing. The tapas shared after a long day on the rock. The conversations over dinner. The moment you finally trust your feet on real rock.
That's how we believe progression happens.
Not through endless theory or ticking boxes, but by spending a week climbing world-class limestone, getting personalised feedback and sharing the experience with a small group of people who love climbing as much as you do.
The coaching is what makes it happen.
The experience is what you'll take home.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
This climbing retreat is designed for climbers who want to spend a week climbing in Costa Blanca while improving their technique, confidence and understanding of sport climbing.
Many sectors offer everything from French 5a (YDS 5.8) to French 8a (YDS 5.13b), so climbers of different levels can spend the day together while each person finds routes that feel challenging and rewarding.
The retreat is limited to six participants, which gives us the flexibility to adapt the coaching, choose the most suitable crags and spend time with each climber instead of simply moving from route to route.
We recommend feeling comfortable climbing around French 5a (YDS 5.8) to enjoy the week to the fullest.
Indoor climbers are very welcome too. Spending a week on real rock with a coach by your side is one of the best ways to build confidence and develop solid outdoor climbing skills from the beginning.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
You'll climb every day, but you'll also receive personalised coaching designed to help you become a stronger and more confident sport climber.
Daily coaching
Each day includes individual feedback on movement, route reading, pacing, lead climbing and projecting, with practical tips you can apply immediately on the wall.
Fear of falling clinic
We'll dedicate one session to understanding and managing fear of falling through progressive exercises and mental strategies, helping you climb with more confidence and less hesitation.
Advanced sport climbing & self-rescue
You'll also learn essential skills for becoming a more independent climber, including anchor cleaning, rappelling systems and basic self-rescue techniques.

More than just accommodation, the house becomes part of the experience. A place to share meals, climbing stories and Mediterranean evenings with a group of like-minded climbers.
Food & local experiences
We'll start the week with a traditional welcome dinner at one of our favourite local restaurants and finish with a farewell dinner to celebrate an unforgettable week of climbing.
Throughout the retreat, you're free to cook at the house, explore local restaurants or join us as we visit some of our favourite cafés, bars and hidden local spots around the area.
